This Lowes MTD push mower has been sitting in my shed for a while. It had an issue with smoking, running rough and spitting gas out the carb. I suspected the mower had a tight intake valve and upon further investigation I found that to be correct. I did a valve grind and drilled out the carb jet a tiny bit to get it running much better. I do think the engine still is a little hurt on the inside though.
