Hydronic Zone Control of Pumps and Valves

Guest speaker Mike Schreiner, Caleffi Director of Engineering, provides an overview of Caleffi's hydronic zone controls and their various features. He discuss relays used for zoning with zone valves, relays used for zoning with pumps, and single zone switching relays. He shows how to apply the products in a variety of applications including hybrid systems where both pumps and circulators are used for zone control. He describes functions such as post purge, selectable priority, pump exercise, primary, secondary and priority pump control.
