How to do a split squat properly
In this video I show you how to do a split squat properly. A split squat is an excellent exercise to target the gluteal muscles, especially Gluteus medius. It is important to start with your feet about hip width apart, and make sure the squat movement up and down is in the vertical, maintaining alignment of the knee with the foot. Aim for 3 sets of 15 repetitions with good control throughout the exercise.
