❤️ Incredibly / Extremely Soft, Fluffy & Light- Orange Japanese MILK BREAD Swirls – Milk Poolish & Tangzhong Method
Yield: 16 servings
Level: Easy/Moderate

✏️Ingredients:
Milk Poolish:
150g (5oz) warm milk,
2g dried yeast (Pinch) and
150g (5oz) All purpose flour

Tangzhong:
35g (1oz) All purpose flour
175g (6oz) water

Orange & Egg Mixture:
1 Orange
1 Egg

Japanese Milk Bread Ingredients:
Tangzhong
Milk Poolish
335g (12oz) All Purpose Flour
50g (1¾oz) sugar
10g (⅓oz) salt
6g (⅕oz) dry yeast
8g (¼oz) dry milk
42g room temperature of unsalted butter

Orange Zest Mixture:
1 Grated zest of an orange
60g (2⅕oz) Room temperature unsalted butter
40g (1⅖oz) Powdered Sugar

Glaze:
30g (1oz) Room temperature unsalted butter
50g (1¾oz) Milk
120g (4½oz) Powdered sugar
130g (4⅗oz) Cream Cheese
