Manik Irani is one of the viewers in the seventies and eighties. But Bollywood did not remember him. Manik was born into a Persian family. No one knows much about his family, childhood or even later life. Some people in Mysore know him as Amitabh Bachchan's stunt double. The audience knows him through a few pictures. But Manik's hand-wringing style of hitting the heroes in Bollywood was introduced in Bollywood.

More than six feet tall, healthy Manik started his journey in Bollywood as a stuntman. Later on, sometimes he matches himself as the villain, sometimes as the right hand of the villain. However, he has also worked as a director's collaborator in several films, including 'Diwana Mujhsa Nehi' starring Aamir Khan, 'Zindagani' by Mithun Chakraborty and 'Saheb' by Anil Kapoor.

Manik Irani made his acting debut in 1974 with the film 'Pap Aur Punya'. For more than two decades, 'Kalicharan', 'Fariste', 'Khalaf', 'Faith', 'Mast Kalandar', 'Trinetra', 'Chor Pe More', 'Hum Se Na Takrana', 'Naka Bandi', ' He has acted in films like 'Baap Numberi Beta Dush Numberi', 'Takdir Ka Tamasha', 'Roti Ki Keemat', 'Purani Haveli', 'Tufan', 'Insaf', 'Dadagiri', 'Mard' and 'Mr. Natbarlal'.
