Warzone Roadtrip

Four adventurers brave raging mountain rivers, terrorists, troops, bandits and corrupt officials to ride across Afghanistan's Hindu Kush mountains from Kabul to the Wakhan Corridor on motorbikes.

Mediaeval explorer Marco Polo was the first European to walk the Wakhan corridor, in Badakhsnan, which sits on the ancient silk route, linking China with the west. He called it the "roof of the world".
