Warts is a viral infection cased by human papilloma virus of different strains. People normally call skin tags as warts. They are not warts, but they are excess skin growths. When I say facial warts, they are flat. Facial warts are no the routine cauliflower like surface they can happen in the beard area of men o r if the warts are long standing , then it can happen there.
