Each city has its own traditional cuisine, which reflects the unique memories and habits of the city. But with social development and various reasons, traditional food is gradually forgotten. “Black Classic”Co-founder Lucheng Lu saw this problem, he inherited and innovated the mode and technology of traditional stinky tofu, also breaking prejudice and successfully pushed it to a longer-term development. It is also hoped that more people will re-acknowledge traditional cuisine, so as to increase a more favorable impression of the city. 2009年，卢路成与团队先是通过小成本摆摊，进行产品测试和调整，等到产品逐渐成熟标准化后，于2010年连开5家标准直营店，2012年拿下了长沙步行街的好铺位，就此一炮而红。现在，黑色经典成为了网红长沙的名片，卢路成对于品牌文化与企业发展有了更深层次的思考，从文化韵味去撩人，将是黑色经典新的增长内力。
In 2009, Lucheng Lu and his team conducted product testing and adjustments through low-cost stalls. After the products became mature and standardized, they opened five standard direct-operated stores in 2010 and won a good shop in Changsha Pedestrian Street in 2012, which became a hit. Now, the black classic has become the business card of the Internet celebrity Changsha. Lucheng Lu has deeper thinking on brand culture and enterprise development. Attracting people with the charm of culture will be the new inner growth force of the black classic.
