Flat Belly Workout at Home | Full Abs Exercise in 10 minuets | Lower abs | Get rid of belly fat

I made this video on your request to Lose stubborn belly fat. This includes a total 12-13 Minuets Routine with warmup. Entire routine is designed in a such a way that you get maximum benefits in less time. But their are 3 simple rules to it. Take it slow, don’t rush increase the intensity with increasing rap and adding light weight gradually. Try to finish the entire routine in a go without break. Repeat the routine after 1-2 minuets of break. Apart from exercising eat healthy and stay active the rest of the day.
