When you lie to your personal trainer...

Summer is around the corner, and if your stomach is still soft - here's a list I made you that'll help you get that thing chiseled in no time:
 
-1- Try Intermittent Fasting
But don't overthink it.
You already Intermittent Fast every day. It's called 'going to sleep'.
You don't eat when you sleep.
Thus, breakfast is called breakfast because that's when you 'break' your 'fast'
Simply start eating 16 hours after your last meal.
This will give you less time to overeat
And during the 'fasting period' you will boost cortisol and boost your insulin sensitivity.
-2- If you're going to Intermittent Fast, have your first meal be light
This will prolong the positive effects of your fast, and prime your body for your big meal coming later on.
-3- Stop eating 3 hours per-bedtime
You'll have such better sleep.
And sleep is how you build muscle.
-4- Take amino acids in the AM.
They'll keep your 'muscle loss' to a minimum.

-5- Use bone broth in your rice cooker to cook your rice
The collagen in the broth strengthens your immune systems and helps with your digestion
-6- Take in / drink extra bone broth throughout every day
You won't get enough by just cooking your rice in it. Sip on some outside of your meals as well.
-7- Never lie to your trainer on what you ate over the weekend
(or you'll end up like this lady right here)
-8- Whether you workout with a trainer or on your own, always show up early
Throughout my 13 years of doing this I have never seen clients who show up late get results
-9- Take ownership
This one is hard to swallow
You have to be willing and 'ready' to accept this truth
But if you're out of shape, it's on you.
Millions of gyms / trainers will butter and tempt you with fast results
But the hard truth is always the fastest.
If you've been overweight for over a year, you won't lose it in 3 weeks
Go 1 week first.
Then go another 3 to 'get back into it'
Then another month to 'get healthy again'
Once your lifestyle starts changing... that's when your weight loss will be consistent.
