Finding Your Second Entry Point on a Average Down Strategy

Microsoft has dropped below $250 and headed to the $240 range. As you know, I entered into this stock at $250. I felt that was a great price and still feel that way.

However, I did not pour all of my cash at $250. In fact, I reserved my total outlay on Microsoft for three different price points.

If Microsoft were to go lower, I would enter at a second entry point and if it went lower, I have a third entry point.

This is averaging down.

Now, if it goes lower than my third entry point... well, I just gotta hold. 😂
