How To Read the Yahoo Finance Summary Tab

In this short video, I am going to show you how to read the Yahoo Finance Summary of any stock you choose. I use Yahoo Finance as a stock research tool.

The first thing you’ll see when you enter Yahoo finance’s main page is a search bar at the top. That top search bar is going to be the place where you’ll find the most use and get the most data for stock market investing.

Every stock that is publicly traded will have its own ticker symbol. This symbol holds the key to all of the charts and data behind that stock.

We’re going to use the ticker for the stock, Microsoft (MSFT).

When we type Microsoft into the search bar, a myriad of data immediately hits our screen.
