BOSS: Barnard Organization of Soul Sisters

For fifty years BOSS--the Barnard Organization of Soul Sisters-- has served as a voice for change and a sisterhood of support for black women of Barnard College. BOSS has championed campus reform, provided academic and social support, sponsored community programs, and created a close network of women helping each other during their college journey and beyond.
