Since I started Ninja Warrior training I have noticed Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s Elbow creeping in. After opening our gym it hits it peak. Elbow pain every day. It’s even been recently coined Ninja Elbow. The official names are lateral epicondylitis (Tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (Golfer’s elbow).

I tried it all from icing, finger massage, different tools, & better warmups. They all really helped but I still had it nagging there if I pushed harder. Then I got a massage gun for my back, and used it on my forearm and it was game changer!
