Port Kembla Sea Wall Project
When severe storms destroyed the sea wall and foreshore around our Port Kembla storm plant, we saw an opportunity to not just rebuild – but build something pretty special.
The new 220m-long sea wall, designed and built in partnership with the Illawarra Local Aboriginal Land Council and local Elders, features a new walking path lined with indigenous artworks that tell the story of the history of the area.
