Hey guys! Today I am sharing the fastest way to cook a thanksgiving turkey. You are going to want to stick around to see how I made this flavor infused, fall off the bone, non drying thanksgiving turkey! This recipe is so easy to follow and if you are doing a smaller turkey this year this is the route to go. It only took me 44 minutes in the instant pot to cook! How to make Sofrito (the green mixture added at the bottom of the instant pot with the onion)

**In a blender add 1 yellow onion, 1 green pepper, 1 thing of cilantro, 1 whole garlic, 2 tablespoons of your oil of choose. Blend everything together and add to any dish to enhance the flavor. So good!!
