Pork Burger Steak with Mushroom Gravy Recipe

1/2 kg ground pork
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
3 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup evaporated milk or fresh milk
1 medium egg
salt and ground pepper to taste
oil for frying.

For the Mushroom Gravy

1 canned mushroom (small can)
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 beef broth cube
ground black pepper to taste
3 cups water
