Nurse-Family Partnership graduation | EveryParentPBC.org

More than 20 Palm Beach County families graduated in June 2018 from the Nurse-Family Partnership program. Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) pairs a pregnant, first-time mom with a nurse who regularly meets with her until the child turns 2 years old. The mission of the Nurse-Family Partnership program is to teach mothers in Palm Beach County important parenting skills and to help them develop strong bonds with their children. At the graduation, mothers described the connection they formed with their nurses and the importance of what they learned during the program.
