Geometries of Sound Vibration - Cymatic Resonance

This is a video of a 19hz sine wave creating standing waves on the surface of water.

The way I have captured the reflecting light makes it look like it is moving in slow motion.

We are seeing the different peaks and troughs, the points of interference of reflecting waves.

Because 19hz is infrasonic (low-frequency sound that is lower than 20 Hz or cycles per second, the "normal" limit of human hearing.) - I have added the enchanting mantra track ‘Om Ma Tri Mu Ye Sa Le Du’ · by @the_mind_orchestra for some sound healing vibes to accompany the visual physics dance!

If it resonates with you, share with a friend.
