How to make a Boho Rainbow Balloon – Muted Rainbow Birthday Party DIY

Learn how to easily make a balloon rainbow, boho themed!

In this video you will learn how to easily make a simple balloon rainbow, perfect for a baby shower, gender reveal or birthday party! You can customize this rainbow as you wish by changing the colours of the balloons. This was inspired by Asypn’s and Parker’s daughter’s birthday party décor!

Materials:
• itssandiy rainbow balloon kit - on etsy: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/958047022/boho-rainbow-balloon-kit-boho-birthday?ref=shop_home_active_1&frs=1
o 2 mauve twisting balloons
o 2 grey/beige twisting balloons
o 2 peach twisting balloons
o 5 peach 5" balloons
• Glue Dots - roughly 20
• Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
• Scissors
• Streamers:
o Gold
o Mauve
o cream
• Balloon pump - Hand pump (found in your local dollar store or Walmart)
• scissors
• Tape
• Stapler
Balloon Lengths:
Peach:
1) 14 inches
2) 17 inches
Greyish/Beige:
1) 24 inches
2) 28 inches
Mauve Balloon:
1) 33 inches
2) 37 inches

Tips & Tricks:
When blowing up the twisting balloons, you may have to blow it up once or twice before so that you can easily tie a knot at the end. Shape the balloons and set aside so that they hold the shape and it is easy to glue them together. When gluing the balloons together hold them together for a bit so that they stick together. Glue dots are everything a game changer! I recommend them over the glue gun to avoid popping of the balloons. However to glue the tassels on, I recommend the glue gun so that they stay in place.
