Is HE The Strongest Character In Marvel?!

There are hundreds upon thousands of characters that are argued to be the strongest, but there can only be one that is truly atop them all, especially in the Marvel universe. The One Above All, commonly referred to as being Stan Lee, is one of the forefathers of Marvel Comics. He is implied to be the top dog, the uncontested omnipotent creator, and the strongest character PERIOD within Marvel itself. However, there are surprisingly large amounts of evidence that can pinpoint another character being the true creator of the Marvel universe, if not the strongest one as well.

Oblivion is the supreme god of non-existence. A being who transcends infinite dimensions and the infinite multiverse itself. Even someone as powerful as Amatsu-Mikaboshi, also known as the Chaos King, is an infinitely small part of him. He answers to no one, not even the Living Tribunal. How is this character potentially the strongest one in all of Marvel? Does he truly stand above even The One Above All?
