This is one of the easiest and best ways to make baked herb-crusted fish fillets. I used cream dory (Pangasius) fish fillets, which are generally good buys in the grocery stores. Of course, you may also fillet your own fish from the wet market. ❤️ Food & Recipes We LOVE ❤️
Cream dory fillets are perfect for baking. You can make them crisp and cheesy outside, while moist and juicy inside.
This recipe is also great for cod, tilapia, and other fish fillets.
Here are the ingredients: 🧄🧅🧂
Fish fillets (cream dory, cod, or tilapia)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1 tsp dried rosemary leaves
1 Tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
