How To Do PULL-UPS For Beginners | Step by Step Guide to Increase Pullups Fast (Hindi)
Hello everyone, so many of you have asked me to make a video on how to achieve your first pull up. So here it is, you will get to know everything in this video, correct form, how to start, and how to gradually progress in it.
Pullups are one of the best bodyweight exercise that one can do, it strengthens your upper body including your arms, back, shoulder and core. Like every other skill, it also takes some time to learn, but if you will practise regularly, you will be able to do it very soon.
Perform all these progression many times a week.
