Defective consumer products - Lorraine's story

In this film Lorraine talks about the fire which destroyed her family's home. The fire was caused by a defective tumble dryer and gutted their home.

Defective products lawyers Jill Paterson and Thomas Jervis assisted Lorraine and her family in rebuilding their lives.

They have also established a campaign call 'Expect it's safe' calling for manufacturers of household appliances to do more to make the public aware of potentially lethal faults with their products.
