"Cali... Keep On" Training a Bird Dog Series | Ep: #2

Training a bird dog series continues here with our new yellow lab named Cali! We are excited to bring you this series, and believe you will get a ton of information out of it!

Today we continue testing the water with figuring out where Cali is at in her training. We have recently seen an issue with Cali not wanting to go to the bathroom outside, which was also an issue during the time she was with her owner, Tom. She had a few accidents in the house at Tom's, and is something we will work on. Just because this series is on training a bird dog, that doesn't mean we can have a dog that has accidents in the house!

Cali is 16 months old, and has had a great foundation built under her. Now, we will be figuring out where she is at in her training, and working to take the next steps. We will be training her to be a bird dog in this series, as she will be hunting many pheasant, grouse, and other upland birds.
