“Are you Codependent? Codependency in relationships”

Codependency in relationships (whether with a Narcissist or non Narcissist) can be toxic either way we look. The person in the Codependent role has no sense of identity and therefore relies on external sources/people to emotionally gratify them.

Codependency, much like Narcissism is an expanding epidemic. If you think you suffer from Codependency, it’s never too late to get the help you need to overcome it.
