Sinev Eugene was born in 1952 in Nizhny Novgorod region. In 1972 he graduated from the Ivanovo Art College, and in 1980 the Moscow Higher Art - Industrial former Stroganov School. Since 1985, member of the Arts Foundation of the RSFSR. He worked at the plant diaramno-prototyping work. Regular participant of exhibitions.
Many works are in private collections in Russia and abroad, published in various art publications.
Primarily a landscape painter.
