Audi Driver magazine's Project TT quattro Sport 240 on the drag strip at GTI International 2015

Footage of one run up the drag strip at GTI International 2015, Long Marston Airfield, near Stratford Upon Avon.
The car is standard engine wise apart from an ITG panel filter though does have an H&R Cup suspension kit, HEL braided brake hoses and TT 3.2 334mm front brakes (up from the standard 312mm) and records a quarter mile time of around 14.7 secs which is pretty typical for a standard car.
Sadly on the eve of the event, Paul Harris, organiser of GTI International and publisher of Audi Driver and Volkswagen Driver magazines passed away. Paul was an inspiration to many including me and his publications which included VW Audi Car were very informative detailed magazines aimed at the enthusiast owner with a technical interest in their cars, he will be sorely missed.
