We tried Cooking our Favorite Filipino Food at Christmas! Chicken Adobo and Pancit Bihon Feast 🎄☃️😋

This is our second video of our Christmas series, Cooking at Christmas! Because we can’t travel this year and we’re at home in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada), we decided we’d try to recreate some of our favourite dishes from countries we’ve previously visited, last week we cooked Polish food, and this week we’re moving on to the Philippines.

Earlier this year we were stranded in the Philippines for four months and therefore, throughout our time there we managed to try a whole lot of Filipino food!

It took us awhile to figure out what we wanted to cook but we managed to narrow it down to Pancit Bihon (a rice noodle dish) and chicken adobo.

But first we start with a cocktail. We managed to find calamansi (small citrus fruit kind of like lemon/lime) in local Filipino store so we decided instead of making our favourite calamansi juice, we’d make a cocktail.
