There is a site in Beverly Hills called "One Beverly Hills" that was supposed to start construction about a year ago, but lately it has just been crickets. The owners paid a half a billion dollars for the small plot of land back in ~2018 before moving forward with a plan to build 2 residential towers, a luxury hotel, and a bunch of commercial retail space.
