Today we take a look at the tax breaks that the developers received when building the luxury supertall skyscraper One57, and the additional benefits received by the owners who bought condos in this building. Located on Billionaires Row, One57 is the trendsetting building that set Manhattan up for a flurry of super luxury development over the following decade. And even though they were the first to do luxury condos in this way, they had huge success selling these multi million dollar units.
