Beautiful free camping near Mt Hood National Forest isn't too difficult to find but finding a spot with signal can be. After boondocking 14 nights at Trillium Lake Airstrip in the Mt Hood National Forest I can tell you this is an excellent place to camp for free near Mt Hood.
