Halie Loren's Kitchen - Mushroom gravy (vegan)!

Sharing my favorite gravy recipe, which I've made for the past three Thanksgivings... it's seriously delicious, and quite simple. Double-win!
Though I created this video the day before Thanksgiving, this isn't a recipe to relegate to making only during the holiday season - it's wonderful to make during any time of the year.

P.S. you may be wondering why the ingredient quantities I noted in writing seem to be a lot smaller than the ingredient quantities I'm actually prepping/cooking... that's because I was TRIPLING the recipe for several feasts I was going to be attending over the Thanksgiving weekend. ;)
