Bardarbunga Volcano Expedition 2014 RED EPIC Dragon 6K in the field.

In september 2014 we went to Iceland and shot the eruption of the Bardarbunga volcano with our RED EPIC DRAGON. The result is a documentary about our trip and 6k footage, shot of one of the most impressive natur events on our planet. The movie ist uploaded in 4k UHD format, but mind you, youtube is running it through the compression which probeably costs most of the quality. The originaly resulting tiff sequences played on capable mediaengines are absolutely mindblowing. Within the movie, we also used other cameras like Gopro 3 and 4 and Nikon D800 and Nikon D4. The movie was edited ins Wings AV, with the original r3d files. We graded the material in red cinex and Adobe Lightroom.
