Walking Lunge with Hammer Curl - How to Demo
Walking Lunge with Hammer Curl is a great way to turn a classic lower body movement into full body exercise. Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart, holding a pair of dumbbells at your sides with palms in. Step forward with your right foot, lowering your body until your thigh is parallel to the floor and your back knee is almost touching the ground. Make sure to keep your upper body upright and your core engaged. As you step forward, curl the weight towards your shoulder while keeping your wrist strong. Pause at the top of the curl before returning to the starting position and repeat on the other side. Make sure to keep your elbows close to your body. Use slow and controlled movements.
