Lamb & Onion Pizza On The Ooni For Delivery

Today I dug out my old faithful Ooni 3, well actually it's an uuni 3 as it's a few years old. I still use it when I go on holiday, but today I'm only making 3 pizzas to deliver to my parents, so I didn't want to waste logs or gas firing up the pizza party.

I still love the ooni, it makes great pizza and is very easy to use. The one thing to watch is the stone temp which will burn the pizza base in a flash. My bigger oven has a saputo biscotto floor which releases the heat much slower and makes it quite hard to burn the base.

These pizzas can be put in the fridge once cooled and re-heated the next day at 200c for around 6 minutes.
