Tessa and Scott ~ Flow State

I find how TS discuss their state of flow in both their PYC programs and their 2010 FD to be fascinating and the almost addiction to chasing that feeling for 8 years to be such a driving force for their athletic and artistic exploration so inspiring.

This video came about quite haphazardly.. having heard Tessa discuss flow in the past, the idea is present in my mind whenever I rewatch these programs, but funnily enough I was listening a (unrelated to skating/psychology) podcast, about tech, social media and the strangle hold our modern society has on our attention span and ability to not be consumed with distraction constantly. During the discussion arose the idea of flow, and the creative in me immediately began editing this video in my head.
