The Roots of Vaccine Fear - Mam
"These days, if we go to a hospital or clinic, it’s very important to ask about the medicines and vaccines that they suggest and not to be afraid. It’s important that we all get vaccinated. It can help us be healthier and reduce our chances of getting ill. But sometimes, our friends or family say that the vaccine doesn’t serve us, that the vaccine or whatever other medicines are no good or don’t work. But in the hospitals and clinics, they explain to us how a vaccine or medication is effective so that among us, we will no longer have sicknesses like Covid-19 and we will reduce the risk of getting sick and we will be well-protected as well as the people around us.
I take this opportunity to greet you. I will talk about life, health, and being well. It’s important to get a check-up especially if we don’t feel well, to get tested so that we know what’s causing us pain, what we have and what we have to do. When we go to the doctor or the clinic, they tell us what we have, why we’re in pain, and they prescribe medicine and take them so that we are well again. That’s what we have to do. How are we supposed to know what to do when we are sick. In our land, where we come from, there are doctors but they charge a lot and for that reason we don’t go to the hospital or clinic. On the other hand, in this country, we have more opportunities to obtain insurance and we can go for a check-up and know if we have a sickness or what the source of pain is. We don’t have to be afraid. It’s better to be healthy. If we don’t go to the hospital, we can feel worse and the sickness can advance, and we won’t know what’s happening to us. Why do I have pain? We don’t sleep well or we have painful headaches. Many things could happen to our health. For that reason, it’s important to get examined by a doctor so that they can give us medicine and treat us so that we’re healthy."
