IISS Director of Geo-economics and Japan Chair Robert Ward provides an overview of the second plenary session at the IISS Manama Dialogue 2022. In the session, Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al Jaber Al Sabah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait, James Cleverly, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, UK, and Waleed Al Khuraiji, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, gave their perspectives on the changing geopolitics of energy.
