Bodyweight Partner Workout | 8 Exercises To Do with a Friend

Buddy up for these 8 bodyweight partner exercises you can do with a friend!

This is a FUN total body, 20-minute workout including partner planks, squats, dips and crunches!

Grab your partner and complete 12 reps for each exercise (each partner does 12 reps). Once you complete all 8 exercises take a 1 minute rest and repeat the entire circuit x 2-3 sets; or repeat as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
