Fun Partner Workout with No Equipment | adidas

Ready for something new with no equipment necessary? Grab a workout partner, test your coordination, and see if you can keep up.

2 rounds – 25 seconds on and 15 seconds off

Exercises for Person A:

Leg Raises
Bicycle Crunches
Low Plank
Inchworm Clap
Touchdown Skaters
Jump Squats & Clap

Exercises for Person B:
Squats
Bicycle Crunches
Lateral High Knees
Inchworm Clap
Touchdown Skaters
Jump Squats & Clap

After the first round, switch positions with your partner! Good luck and have fun with this workout!
