Le Suchet is part of the Jura mountain range, attractive for hikers thanks to the countless path that lead to the top, but also for paragliders because it’s windy and easy to get to.
From this modest summit one can see both Lake Geneva and Lake Neuchâtel, and in the distance the Alps which are still cover by snow early in June.

Walking down from the mountain to La Poyette, where one can buy cheese and other products, stand an impressive series of massive concrete tank trap that goes thru meadows, pasture and forests.

Located at a strategic point near the France Switzerland border, a lot of military fort, bunker and various constructions of that kind lie around, mostly built in between the two World War and after by the Swiss army.
Some of them simply stand exposed in the middle of a field; others are concealed in forests, carved in rocky parts of mountains, or concealed as houses or barns.

All around the place, bell cows are peacefully grazing and enjoying the nice weather, but beware of the sign.
Enjoy the 4K high-quality wide-angle recording and the extreme smoothness of a 3-axis gimbal.
