Quad Focused Leg Day
1. Lying banded leg raises 20 each side x 3
2. Banded kickbacks 20 each side x 3
3. Elevated goblet squats (if you don't have a wedge , use 2 plates under each heel) 20x3
4. Split lunges 10 with two dumbbells and 10 without . Repeat each leg for 3 sets
5. Leg Press 20 x 3
6. Leg extensions 25x3
7. Hex bar squats 15 x 3 ( if no hex bar , use two medium to heavy dumbbells)
