2 working port lap myomectomy

Fibroids have a high prevalence rates but not all of them need to be removed. Only the ones that cause symptoms. Here is a video showing lap myomectomy. There are 3 steps :
Myomectomy = Fibroid enucleation + myoma bed suturing + in bag morcellation. This is also a surgery where I find my surgical zen :)
