Kitchen Knife Sharpening on HF1X30

This is by request of a few guys from a forum I'm on. So here is a quick and dirty, off the cuff video of how I sharpen one of my 70's vintage, not so special Interpur kitchen knives on the belt sander. Done this way the knives slice tomatoes easily and thinly and are quite pleasant to work with.

Apologies for doing much of the paper cutting off the top of the frame. As I said, it was a spur of the moment, crowd in a tight spot with the camera and light on stands and give it a run.
