15 MINUTE BUTT ISOLATION WORKOUT | Full Sequence | Shona Vertue

This workout will absolutely burn your gluteals (butt muscles). It was so difficult that even I struggled to finish it!

Tag this bad boy onto the end of a lower body workout to really make sure that you worked that peach as hard as possible.

Alternatively if you didn't find time for a workout today, this could be the perfect quickie, to ensure that you wake up the Gluteal Family (because as we know, weak glutes can lead to all sorts of problems in the body like lower back pain, hip pain and knee problems).
