Is OpenAI hacked? Yah, is the parent co of ChatGPT getting hacked?

On Coursiv, I noticed "OpenAI Playground" as an "AI tool" that was listed as one of the main ones available & decided to visit whatever comes up on Google. I visited the first page that shows up with the collocation in it - a page in the OpenAI Developor Community & notice links to "OpenAI Playground" & they don't take me to the playground, but instead take me to spammy websites that appear to be hacked into the page. I'm not sure if it's my desktop or if it's simple SEO hacking like I used to see in the old days.
