Milind Rege, a 28 year old man, works in a private firm in Bengaluru. An anonymous letter to the General Manager of the firm, Devendra Parthasarthy, turns life upside down for Milind Rege. The letter states that Milind Rege is not what he is, but a criminal named Jai Kumar Prasad, who was convicted in a rape case, and had jumped parole while serving his sentence 8 years back. He is now leading a double life with a new identity and calls himself Milind Rege. Devendra Parthasarthi, worried, reports the matter to the police in Bengaluru and the case is given to the Crime Branch for investigation. Who has sent the anonymous letter to Parthasarthy? Is someone taking a personal revenge on Milind Rege by sending the letter or is there any connection between Mlind Rege and Jai Kumar Prasad?
