Crime Patrol - Honey Trap -- Part I - Episode 241 - 4th May 2013

Tabassum, a divorcee from Bengaluru gives her entire savings (Cash and Jewellery) worth Rs. 80 lacs to Abbas Ali. Abbas runs away with her money. Tabassum goes to the police station and tells them that she had met Abbas Ali through a matrimony site, and Abbas introduced himself as an IT Professional from UK. He managed to charm Tabassum and told her that he wanted to marry her. He told her that he would be investing a huge amount of money (He said that he plans to sell his ancestral property in Kanpur) into setting up a hotel in Mumbai and Tabassum and her son Suleiman were very much a part of his future plans. Tabassum gets too overwhelmed by Abbas Ali's caring attitude, and offers him her entire savings of Rs. 80 lacs (The amount that he claims he is falling short of). But the very next moment Tabassum realizes that Abbas Ali has vanished with her money. The investigating police learn that Abbas was using a fake name. A scrutiny of the matrimonial site revealed that Abbas Ali had earlier used another fake name - Nawaz Qureshi, and had operated with a profile about 6 months back. What is this guy up to? What is his real name? Will the police nab him before he targets another woman?
