Moist Coconut Rum Cake

This one is soooo good! The perfect coconut rum cake. It's light. It's moist. It's rich in flavor. It's absolutely lovely and I hope you give it a try!

Cake:
2 1/2 cups cake flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup pure cane sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1/4 cup coconut rum
1/4 dark spiced rum
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract
3 tbs vegetable oil
4 large eggs

Bake at 325° F for 40 minutes

Coconut Simple Syrup:
1 cup can sugar
1 cup water
1/2 sweetened shredded coconut
2 tbs coconut rum
1 tsp coconut extract
